Please include your order number. If something arrived damaged or wrong, a photo helps us sort it out in one message instead of three.
Before you write
Two things we're asked most often:
- Where's my order? Items are made to order — expect 5–15 business days total. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
- Can I return it? Yes for unused non-personalized items within 30 days. Personalized items can't be returned for change of mind, but we'll always replace our own mistakes. See our Refund Policy.
