Shipping policy

Everything from The Little Things Heirloom is printed and finished after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. That means a little more waiting — and a piece made for you rather than pulled off a shelf.

How long it takes

Production: 2–7 business days. Personalized items sit at the longer end of that range.

Transit: 3–8 business days after your order ships.

Typical total: 5–15 business days from order to doorstep.

Blankets and heavier items can take a little longer. If you're ordering for a shower or a birthday, please give yourself two full weeks of margin.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves production. If you haven't seen it within 7 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us at hello@thelittlethingscollection.com.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in your cart. You'll see the exact cost before you pay — we don't add fees afterward.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We print and ship to the address you provide. If you spot a mistake, email hello@thelittlethingscollection.com immediately — we can usually correct it before production starts, but not after an item has shipped.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, and holiday volume are outside our control. If your order is meaningfully late, contact us and we'll look into it with you.
