These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchases from The Little Things Heirloom. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
1. Who we are. This store is operated by Twelvetenwellness, LLC, doing business as The Little Things Heirloom. You can reach us at hello@thelittlethingscollection.com.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Because items are printed to order, slight variation in color, placement, and finish can occur between pieces, and screens display color differently. Such variation is normal and is not considered a defect.
4. Pricing and availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors, and may limit or refuse an order. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
5. Orders and cancellation. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Because items go into production quickly, cancellation requests must reach us at hello@thelittlethingscollection.com as soon as possible and cannot be guaranteed once production has begun. Personalized items cannot be cancelled after production starts.
6. Personalization. You are responsible for the accuracy of any name, date, or text you submit. We print exactly what you provide. You confirm you have the right to use any name or wording you submit, and that it is not offensive, unlawful, or infringing.
7. Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, wording, photographs, and site content are the property of Twelvetenwellness, LLC and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our designs, or use them for commercial purposes, without written permission. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of that physical item only.
8. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or submitting false information.
9. Third parties. We use third-party services for payment processing, production, and shipping. Their handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer. This site and our products are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
